Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SNAX AUSTRALIA. We are delighted to share our range with our clients in the United States. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Australia to customers located within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time. We are looking to also ship to Canada soon.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically packed & processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • USPS Standard International Shipping: 7–12 business days (depending on location).

  • USPS Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on location).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are already added into the unit pricing of the items you have ordered. There are no extra added shipping costs at checkout. This way you will

  • Orders shipped from Australia to the USA may be subject to tariff fees upon arrival.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Warm Weather & Heat-Sensitive Products

As confectionery is sensitive to temperature, we take special care when packing orders. However, SNAX AUSTRALIA is not responsible for melting or damage caused by exposure to heat during transit. To minimise risk, we recommend choosing express shipping during warmer months.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an

 incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.9. Contact Us
