Welcome to SNAX AUSTRALIA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchase of confectionery products shipped from Australia to the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to import confectionery into your country of residence.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to payment issues, stock shortages, or shipping restrictions).

  • Prices are displayed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Wise International Money Transfers and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • If you choose to order with PayPal, a 4% fee will be added to your order as that is what PayPal charge for their services. We can not take on that fee as 4% is a lot when it comes to wholesale. We recommend paying for your orders with the WISE app where the fees are minimal and we are willing to take on those fees.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from Australia to the United States using trusted international couriers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that confectionery products can be legally imported into your country. We are not responsible for items delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

6. Product Quality & Heat Sensitivity

  • Confectionery products may be sensitive to temperature. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee that products will not melt or be damaged due to weather conditions during transit.

  • We recommend choosing express shipping during warmer months to reduce the risk of heat damage.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of confectionery, we generally do not accept returns.

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases of defective or incorrect items, subject to review.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAX AUSTRALIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of SNAX AUSTRALIA and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
